Engagement and briefing

Draft and agree role description – the foundation of our search strategy

Commence search across three channels: (i) desk research (including public sources, company websites & LinkedIn), (ii) utilization of our proprietary database, (iii) approaches to third party market sources for commentary, insights and recommendations

Formation of tailored longlists and shortlists for client approval

Approach candidates, conduct initial interviews, and deliver detailed candidate reports

Steward the full interview process, coordinating and brokering client and candidate feedback. Ongoing candidate benchmarking and standing down candidates in a professional and sensitive manner.

Advise on offer terms, remuneration and benefits; lead negotiations with chosen candidate as necessary

Completion. Support appointment, provide resignation coaching and ensure ongoing communication with candidate and company ahead of start date and during onboarding to ensure smooth transition
