Zoe is an experienced executive search consultant who is active in both the delivery and execution of retained C-suite and Board appointments across all verticals of Life Science. Operating for more than 20 years in the UK, US and Europe, Zoe has spent the last 15 years living and breathing Cambridge’s vibrant business eco system. She has also supported a number of companies in the ‘golden triangle’ as well as across the celebrated Life Sciences business community in the north of Britain

Zoe has worked with venture capital backed, private equity backed and privately owned companies as well as academic institutions.  Her recent mandates include: Chief Financial Officer for a Series B bioengineering company, Chief People Officer for a global genomic data company, Chief Technology Officer for a software company providing supply chain management to biotech’s, Chief Operating Officer for a leading Cambridge research institution, Chief Medical Officer for a thermal imaging tech company, Chief Commercial Officer for a manufacturing biotech, Chief Executive Officer for an RNA biotech specialising in circRNA and NED for a software company offering tech enabled radiology services

 

Zoe has facilitated, and hosted numerous life science events in Cambridge, notably the popular triannual Women in Life Science (WILS) Breakfast Series, which she founded in May 2022 for CEOs and founders
